StockLeaf is a business-management and ERP platform operated as a division of Anvi Innovation Pvt Ltd ("StockLeaf", "we", "us" or "our"). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal and business information you provide while using our website, applications and services.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, disclose and protect information when you use StockLeaf, including when you sign in with or connect Google services. Our website is stockleaf.in.
1. Information We Collect
Account Information
We may collect your name, email address, mobile number, company or business name, username or account identifier, user role, permissions, profile information and authentication information.
Google Account and Google API Information
If you choose to sign in with Google or connect a Google service, we may receive information that you specifically authorize through Google's OAuth consent screen. Depending on the feature and permissions requested, this may include your name, email address, Google account identifier, profile picture or other information covered by the scopes you approve.
StockLeaf only requests Google permissions that are reasonably necessary to provide the relevant user-facing feature. StockLeaf does not access Google services or Google user data beyond the permissions that you explicitly authorize.
Business and ERP Data
When using StockLeaf, you may enter or upload information such as customer and supplier details, products, inventory records, sales and purchase transactions, invoices, credit notes, debit notes, payment records, accounting information, tax-related information, reports, business documents and other user-created records.
Technical Information
We may automatically collect technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, login timestamps, session information, application activity, error logs, security logs and pages or features used.
2. How We Use Information
We may use information to create and manage accounts, authenticate users, provide StockLeaf features, process business and ERP records, maintain inventory and transaction information, generate reports and business documents, provide customer support, improve performance and usability, maintain security, detect fraud or abuse, diagnose technical problems, communicate service-related information and comply with applicable legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information or Google user data.
3. Google User Data
Google API Services Limited Use Disclosure: StockLeaf's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Information received from Google APIs is used only to provide or improve user-facing StockLeaf features that the user has requested or authorized.
- Google user data is not sold.
- Google user data is not used for targeted or personalized advertising.
- Google user data is not transferred to advertising platforms or data brokers.
- Google user data is not used for purposes unrelated to the functionality authorized by the user.
- Human access to Google user data is limited to circumstances permitted by applicable Google policies, such as security, legal compliance, troubleshooting with user authorization or user-requested support.
4. Google OAuth Permissions
When StockLeaf requests access to Google account information, Google displays the requested permissions before you authorize access. You may decline the requested permissions. Declining a permission may prevent the corresponding feature from working, but StockLeaf will not gain access to data that you did not authorize.
You can revoke StockLeaf's access at any time through your Google Account's third-party connections or connected-app settings. Revoking authorization prevents future access using that authorization.
5. Sharing of Information
We may share information only when reasonably necessary to operate StockLeaf, including with hosting and cloud infrastructure providers, database and security providers, authentication providers, email or notification providers, payment providers where applicable, technical service providers and government or regulatory authorities when required by law.
We do not disclose Google user data to third parties for advertising purposes.
6. Data Storage and Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, modification, disclosure, misuse, loss or destruction. These protections may include authentication controls, access restrictions, secure communications, database protections, backups and security logging.
No internet-based service or electronic storage system can guarantee absolute security. Users are responsible for keeping their StockLeaf credentials secure.
7. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide StockLeaf services, maintain accounts and transaction records, satisfy contractual obligations, resolve disputes, protect against fraud or abuse and meet applicable legal, tax, accounting or regulatory requirements. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of data and applicable obligations.
8. Data Deletion and Revocation
Users may request deletion of personal information associated with their StockLeaf account, including applicable Google-authorized data, subject to information we must retain for legitimate legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention or contractual purposes.
You may request account deletion, profile-data deletion, deletion of applicable Google-authorized data or disconnection of your Google account by contacting us at info@stockleaf.com.
You may also revoke StockLeaf's Google permissions directly through your Google Account settings. Where applicable and legally permitted, Google-connected data associated with the authorization will be deleted or securely removed upon a valid deletion request.
9. Cookies and Similar Technologies
StockLeaf may use cookies, browser storage, session tokens and similar technologies to keep users signed in, remember settings, maintain sessions, protect accounts, prevent fraud and improve performance.
10. Business Customer Data
Where an organization uses StockLeaf to manage information relating to its customers, suppliers, employees, products or transactions, that organization is responsible for ensuring it has appropriate authority to collect, enter and process that information. StockLeaf processes such information to provide the requested service.
11. Third-Party Services
StockLeaf may integrate with independent third-party services, including Google. Your use of those services may also be governed by their own terms and privacy policies. StockLeaf is not responsible for the independent privacy practices of third-party services.
12. Children's Privacy
StockLeaf is intended primarily for businesses, organizations and authorized business users and is not designed to knowingly collect personal information directly from children for consumer purposes.
